Grazy by Rach – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Grazy by Rach! Please read our terms and conditions carefully to understand the policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and changes.

1. Booking Confirmation

• Grazing Tables: To secure your booking date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required. The remaining 5% is due 7 business days prior to your Grazing Table booking date. If the remaining payment is not received by this time, your booking may be canceled.

• Grazing Boxes and Platters: Full payment is required within 24 hours of placing an order to secure your pickup or delivery date and time.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: If a booking is canceled without prior notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply.

• Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Changes are subject to availability.

3. Add-Ons

• Additional items or services (“Add-Ons”) may be included in your booking, subject to availability.

• To secure an Add-On, 24 hours' notice and full payment are required.

4. Product Use and Changes

• Any alterations or removal of products from your booking that are not requested at least 72 hours before the eventwill incur a 50% fee of the total booking cost if replacements or adjustments are required.

5. Liability and Indemnity

• Grazy by Rach is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of consuming our products.

• All food must be consumed within 3 hours of setup to avoid potential health risks.

• By booking with us, you agree to indemnify and hold Grazy by Rach harmless from any claims arising from the use or consumption of our products.

6. Notice Requirements

• Grazing Tables: We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for large orders such as Grazing Tables.

• Grazing Boxes and Platters: For next-day delivery, we appreciate 24 hours’ notice.

7. Agreement

By making a booking with Grazy by Rach, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
